HOW DO I RESERVE MY DATE?

First, you need reach out to us with all of your event information so we can check our availability. Once we approve your date, we will send you a contract and invoice to sign via email. After you sign the contract and pay the invoice, your date will be reserved.

IS THERE A FEE FOR TRAVEL?

Travel is included in every package for 150 miles round trip. If your wedding is further than this distance, a $50 fee will be required for each additional 100 miles. See contract for details.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If you cancel our services for your event, the security deposit is non-refundable. If you would like to reschedule our services for a different date within 6 months of the original date, your deposit may be carried over as long as we have availability for that date. We never cancel our services unless there is an emergency, but in case something like that happens, you will receive a full refund including the security deposit. Please check your contract for details.

IS THERE A FEE FOR TRAVEL?

Events that are further away may cost a little more, but it will be included in the price of the overall package you are quoted. In other words, there will be no additional or hidden fees apart from the package price.

The deposit amount really depends on the total price of your package and how far out you are booking. Most often the deposit is around $300-500. If you are booking more last minute, we tend to require 50% of the total balance upon booking.

WHAT CAMERA DO YOU USE?

The primary camera I currently use is the Sony A6600. My secondary cameras range from GoPros to other Sony and Canon cameras.

WHAT IS YOUR FILM STYLE LIKE?

Authenticity is something I highly value and it's a theme that I like to incorporate into all my wedding films. My films are shot both handheld and with a gimble. I enjoy shooting hand-held because it gives the film a very real and almost nostalgic feel. My favorite color schemes include natural and neutral tones with elements of nature. The picture profile I use looks a little faded right out of camera and this is so I am able to get the best possible image by maximizing the depth of field and contrast during the editing process. This also gives me more flexibility to make the film and colors how I want them to look. The music I enjoy putting in my films the most are light-hearted indie folk acoustic songs.

HOW MANY PEOPLE FIT IN THE PHOTO BOOTH PHOTOS?

The number or people that fit in the photo booth photos depends on a couple different factors: which photo booth type you choose and the amount of space provided at the venue.

WHAT KIND OF PHOTO BOOTHS DO YOU HAVE?

We are in the process of acquiring more photo booths, but currently have one photo booth model and that is the LED Photo Booth. It is a tall kiosk-style booth that lights up in a variety of color patterns with a touch screen and instant prints that come out on the bottom half. This model can come in two different styles - the open-air photo booth and the enclosed photo booth.

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN OPEN-AIR & ENCLOSED?

The open-air photo booth consists of our LED Photo Booth that faces a backdrop where you pose to take pictures. As you probably guessed by the name, this style booth is out in the open where guests are able to watch the photos being taken. This is a popular option because it encourages other guests to join in on the fun and you can also take larger group photos. With the enclosed photo booth, guests take their photos within a curtain enclosure. This option is preferable for shyer guests that would rather take their photos in private. The enclosed photo booth is not available for outdoor use.

WHAT KIND OF BACKDROPS DO YOU HAVE?

You can find all of our backdrop options here. If you don't see a backdrop you like, we are always looking add more to our collection so just ask and we might be able to get one for you!

WHAT KIND OF PROPS DO YOU HAVE?

We have a wide variety of props including stick props, handhelds, hats, glasses, frames and more! You can look at previous events we've done to see our props. We're always updating our selection and changing them out, but some of the fan favorites have stuck by. You can always request that we bring or leave behind certain props for your wedding, and you can even request that we bring no props at all.

DO YOU OFFER CUSTOM PROPS AND SIGNS?

If you are interested in custom props or signs for your wedding, just let us know! Depending on what it is there may be a fee, but usually we are just glad to expand our prop selection. Feel free to bring any props of your own to add to our table for your guests to use!
